Donations

Our services are provided without desire for financial gain.

As a non-profit organisation, we rely heavily on donations to maintain our services. One hundred percent of donor monies go towards purchasing lifesaving medical equipment and improving services. There are various ways of giving, ranging from a monthly donation on a fixed basis to a once-off contribution. All donations receive a Section 18A tax certificate (applicable to South African donors), a thank you letter and, where appropriate, media releases will be distributed.

There are various ways of giving:

  • Organise Events
By making us an event beneficiary, we can help raise the profile of your event through sending media releases to your local newspaper, TV and radio stations.

  • How to Donate
You can donate by giving a once off donation or by setting up a stop order to give a small amount every month, whether it be a few rand to a few hundred rand, every little bit helps.

  • Sponsorships
An association with the CBCM will add value to your brand, as well as demonstrate relevance and social responsibility.

A Legacy for Survival... Why not celebrate your life by creating a better future for all those who, one day, may need the lifesaving skills of the CBCM? Your support really can make a difference. Making a Will is easy and can give much peace of mind. Many people use their Wills to leave the precious gift of a legacy to their favourite charity. Legacies and donations for maintaining and improving the essential service provided by the CBCM are much needed and gratefully received.

You can help others - and save Tax - by leaving a legacy to the CBCM.

At CBCM, we understand that we only receive this special donation because of someone's loss. We do understand and endeavour to deal with these sorts of donations and the families making them with sensitivity, care and compassion.
